EEOP Notice - March 11, 2025
"We recognize some recipients are required to submit EEOP information for compliance purposes. However, OCR is temporarily pausing this collection of information as we evaluate this program and has removed this page and the associated tool. While this page is unavailable, OCR will not collect or review EEOP submissions from recipients. We will update this site with additional information as it becomes available, so please check back for updates."

Disclaimer: On March 1, 2025, a Federal Executive Order “Designating English as the Official Language of the United States” revoked Executive Order 13166 and directed the U.S. Attorney General to rescind any policy guidance documents issued pursuant to EO 13166 and provide updated guidance consistent with applicable law. The Kansas Governor’s Grants Program is currently reviewing guidance documents for compliance with the new Executive Order. The new Executive Order does not “require or direct any change in the services provided by any agency.”
